3.3 Payment Terms: Payment schedules and methods will be communicated during booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Client: Cancellation terms will be specified in your booking confirmation. Generally, cancellations made 30+ days before the trip date may receive a partial refund, while cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.

4.2 Cancellation by Hornbill Explorers: We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to force majeure, safety concerns, or operational reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

5. Personal Data and Privacy

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Personal injury or property damage caused by your own negligence
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover these risks.
